The team behind Portfolwright

Exchange connectivity engineers, compliance specialists, and fintech operators who have worked inside the problem Portfolwright solves.

Christina Bauer, CEO and Co-Founder of Portfolwright

Christina Bauer

CEO & Co-Founder

Engineering lead at a Vienna-based retail broker 2019–2022. Eight months connecting Euronext Paris and Deutsche Börse Xetra before any product code shipped. Decided the problem was structural, not project-specific. Founded Portfolwright in Q1 2022.

Jonas Müller, CTO of Portfolwright

Jonas Müller

CTO & Co-Founder

12 years building low-latency exchange connectivity at a Frankfurt proprietary trading firm. Designed the FIX/4.4 and REST adapter layer underpinning all 14 exchange connections. Has opinions about settlement calendar edge cases on Norwegian public holidays.

Amara Osei, Head of Partnerships at Portfolwright

Amara Osei

Head of Partnerships

Product and partnerships at a London-based neobank 2018–2023, where she led the integration of a third-party brokerage layer into a retail banking app. Knows what CTOs ask before committing to an infrastructure vendor — and what they should be asking. Leads integration engineer assignments.

KL

Katrin Lehmann

Head of Compliance

10 years in compliance at a Munich-based asset manager, covering MiFID II transaction reporting and EMIR derivatives reporting before joining Portfolwright. Responsible for MiFID II Article 25 record format, the GDPR Data Processing Addendum, and sign-off on jurisdiction-specific tax logic. Keeps the product inside what regulators actually require — not what sounds compliant.

We’re hiring

Small team, consequential problem. We are looking for a senior exchange connectivity engineer (FIX protocol background, European venues) and a financial infrastructure sales engineer who can talk technical architecture with a CTO and pricing with a CFO. Remote-first, EU timezone preferred.
